Kenwood TS-130S follows in the tradition of the successful TS-120S. It is designed for SSB and CW modes in the 80 through 10 meter ham bands, and additionally includes the 30, 17 and 12 meter WARC bands. Other enhancements over the TS-120S include a Wide-Narrow bandwidth switch and speech processor.
Plus the TS-130 series is compatible with the optional DFC-230 Digital Frequency Controller. All solid-state technology is input rated at 200 PEP on SSB, 160W DC on CW. The TS-130S features a 100 Hz digital display with analog subdial.
